Following her first job in a specialized law firm, where she worked on cases related to labor law and IP/NTIC law, Sophie Gabaron joined Delphine Ricard’s team as an associate from 2014 to 2024. She now holds the position of advisor.
Sophie deals daily with both advisory and litigation matters in the field of labour law.
Sophie supports companies facing questions or difficulties in their relations with employees or staff representative institutions, as well as in the context of carrying out projects that affect the life of the company. This advisory activity is characterised by technical, responsive and pragmatic support and assistance in decision-making.
Sophie also frequently intervenes before the competent courts to deal with employment law issues (industrial tribunal, district court and high court, court of appeal) and social security law (social security court, court of appeal). Here again, she favours a pragmatic assistance for the client, one that demonstrates a fighting spirit whilst remaining attentive to solutions for amicable dispute resolutions.
Sophie deals with company executives, human resources managers, employees and staff representative bodies on a daily basis.
Further to a first professional experience in a boutique firm where she worked on files pertaining to labour law, intellectual property and new technologies, Sophie joined Delphine Ricard’s team as associate in September 2014.
